We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will retain your data for up to 3 months following deletion to allow for account recovery, resolution of any billing queries, and compliance with our legal obligations. After this period, your personal data will be permanently deleted.
Anonymised, aggregated data (such as usage statistics that cannot be linked back to any individual) may be retained indefinitely for the purpose of improving our service.

All transfers are conducted in compliance with Information Privacy Principle 12 of the NZ Privacy Act 2020. Where a service provider processes data solely on our behalf (safe custody or processing), we maintain appropriate agreements to ensure your information is protected. In the event of a notifiable privacy breach that is likely to cause serious harm to affected individuals, we will notify those individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner as required by the Privacy Act 2020. We will provide notification as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the breach.
PropertyCalc NZ is a professional service designed for licensed real estate agents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 16, we will take steps to delete that information.
